Ok, it’s the end of the week and my parents have been working none-stop. I’m bummin’ around the house and figured I could give a little back and have a nice dinner for them when they get home.

I want the entree to be chicken. I want it to taste gourmet, the thing it though, we don’t usually have those fancy gourmet ingredients. I need a simple recipe for chicken, with everyday ingrdients but with that exquisite high end quality to it. I know it’s a stretch so do the best you can.

Please include the time it takes to make, oven temp, etc. Leave nothing out.

Also, if you can’t come up with a recipe like that, I could also use suggestions on a dessert, side dish, salad, whatever. Just keep it simple! PPPLLLEEEAAASSSEEE!!!!!
